To provide reliable customer support, troubleshoot configuration issues, and improve app performance, FasterQ collects technical diagnostic information from your device and links it to your account (User ID and Branch ID). FasterQ offers an optional Call Privacy feature that hides lead phone numbers from sales agents on the dialer, recents, and contacts during outgoing and incoming calls. To detect when the system Phone or Contacts app is opened, Call Privacy uses Android's Accessibility Service API.
This feature is OFF by default and is enabled per branch by the business owner from the FasterQ admin web dashboard. Before the Accessibility Service is activated, the agent sees a clear in-app prominent disclosure explaining what the service does and does not do, and must explicitly tap "Allow & Enable" to consent.
